Formentera, the smallest island of Ibiza, lies off the southeast coast of Ibiza itself and covers an area of 83.2 km2. It has a population of around 6,800.
ARRIVING TO FORMENTERA: Formentera can be reached by sea only and it is perhaps this fact that explains why the island has been safely guarded from tourist development.
LODGING: Formentera is not a resort for the masses, it has no large tourist complexes and, consequently, the island is free from overcrowding. Visitors to Formentera usually stay at small hotels, houses or apartments.
Formenteravillas is the result of the need to supply appropriate accommodation to suit the requirements of each person. |
